The 2010 Intermountain Graduate Research symposium is coming up on 31 March in TSC. Please plan to submit! Abstracts are due 1 March. See:

The College/Department will subsidize students' registration fee if their abstract is accepted.

January 14: Tali Ramos, Instructional Design Manager for the HR Learning Team at Toys R Us, Wayne, NJ. MS 2002.
January 21: Mike Kelly, Director of Training for DevonWay, a software provider to the Nuclear Power Industry. He will also discuss career opportunities in the IT industry including current openings at DevonWay
Governor’s Science Medals for 2009
We are very pleased to note that Dr. Joel Duffin, a 2003 graduate of the department, was a recipient of the Governor’s Science Medals for 2009 in the area of science education.
